This site contains a link to order a FREE consumer action handbook which gives helpful tips about buying cars, homes, preventing identity theft and filing consumer complaints. It even contains info about finding a lawyer, filing for bankruptcy and other useful topics. There is a sample complaint letter which can be used to submit your complaints either by writing a letter or email. |
